Jobminder365 is a workplace documentation application designed to facilitate the tracking and journaling of one’s career path. This tool provides employees with the necessary features to capture and preserve critical performance-related information, allowing for a real-time assessment of their progress towards professional goals.

Functionality Overview:

Upon signing up, users create a profile that includes personal details such as name, workplace, position, and key colleagues (including managers and HR business partners). Users are also prompted to upload their company handbook for easy access to important policies and procedures.

Journal entries can be created by typing or through voice recording, categorized into several distinct types:

• Email: Record communications either sent or received.
• Meeting: Document attendance or exclusion from meetings.
• Event: Capture details about work-related gatherings, such as team-building activities or company celebrations.
• Incident: Chronicle noteworthy occurrences, positive or negative, that impact your work environment.
• PIP/CA: Maintain records related to Performance Improvement Plans or Corrective Action events.
• Performance Review: Log entries concerning formal evaluations of performance.
• Brag: Compile positive feedback related to your contributions and performance.
• Project: Track details related to ongoing projects under your management.

For each entry, users specify the category, date, and involved parties before detailing the event through typed text or voice recording. Supporting documents—such as photographs, audio/video files, and relevant comparisons—can be attached. Entries are securely saved within the app until users choose to export them via mobile, cloud storage, or email.
